A SIMPLE SOLUTION TO WASTE OIL HEATING

How a waste oil burner works:

1. A preheat system preheats the waste oil for combustion in the waste oil burner
2. The heated oil is sprayed through a needle
3. The heated, sprayed oil is ignited inside the waste oil burner
4. All these processes within the waste oil burner must be controlled in a safe, efficient way

The problem with using electric heaters to preheat oil to create waste oil heat:

1. Preheating oil uses a lot of energy on most waste oil heaters
2. Most waste oil heaters are inefficient
3. There are lot of safety hazards associated with using electric heaters to preheat oil on waste oil heaters
4. Waste oil heaters using electric heaters to preheat oil will have problems with their oil carbonizing, making them have to be overhauled every heating season.
