A SIMPLE SOLUTION TO WASTE OIL HEATING
How a waste oil burner works:
- A preheat system preheats the waste oil for combustion in the waste oil burner
- The heated oil is sprayed through a needle
- The heated, sprayed oil is ignited inside the waste oil burner
- All these processes within the waste oil burner must be controlled in a safe, efficient way
The problem with using electric heaters to preheat oil to create waste oil heat:
- Preheating oil uses a lot of energy on most waste oil heaters
- Most waste oil heaters are inefficient
- There are lot of safety hazards associated with using electric heaters to preheat oil on waste oil heaters
- Waste oil heaters using electric heaters to preheat oil will have problems with their oil carbonizing, making them have to be overhauled every heating season.
